Delivery Methods
1. Information about us and our products
You can find all the information you need about RovingPOD and our products on our website before placing an order. We also confirm key order details to you by email after your purchase.

2. When we accept your order
After you place an order, we’ll email you to confirm that we’ve received it. Your order is accepted once we dispatch the product and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

3. When we may reject an order
Occasionally, we may need to reject an order — for example, if a product is unexpectedly out of stock or if a pricing error has occurred. If this happens, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund for any amounts paid.
4. When payment is taken
Payment is taken at the point of order. If you choose a finance option, payments will be taken in line with the terms presented to you during checkout. Ownership of the product transfers to you once payment has been made in full.
5. Late payments
All payments must be successfully authorised at checkout or through an approved third-party finance provider before an order can be processed.
If a payment fails, is declined, reversed, or later cancelled by the payment provider, we reserve the right to:

Pause processing or delivery of the order, or

Cancel the order and issue a refund for any amounts successfully received.
We do not charge interest or late payment fees to customers. Any finance agreements are strictly between you and the third-party finance provider and are subject to their separate terms and conditions.
6. VAT changes
If the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the product, we’ll adjust the VAT charged accordingly — unless you’ve already paid in full before the change takes effect.
7. Delays outside our control
If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the delay. While we won’t compensate for such delays, you may cancel the contract and receive a refund for any goods paid for but not received if the delay is substantial.
8. Product images and descriptions
Products may vary slightly from images shown on our website or marketing materials. Colours may appear different depending on your device, and packaging may change from time to time.
9. Safety and installation
By placing an order, you agree to follow all RovingPOD safety guidelines and installation instructions. These will be provided to you after purchase and must be followed to ensure safe use of the product.
10. Your right to change your mind (plus our extended goodwill policy)
Legal right
Under UK law, you have 14 days from delivery to notify us that you wish to cancel your order.
RovingPOD goodwill guarantee
In addition, we offer a 30-day goodwill cancellation period from the date of delivery for UK customers. This does not affect your legal rights if there is a fault with the product.
How to cancel
To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team or complete our cancellation form.
Returning your product
You must return the product within 14 days of notifying us. Returns are at your own cost unless otherwise agreed.
You may choose to:

Request collection via our delivery partner (subject to approval). A collection fee of up to £100 will be deducted from your refund. Items must be in their original packaging and structurally sound.

Return the product yourself using a reputable courier. Please retain proof of postage — without it, we may be unable to issue a refund if the item is lost or delayed.
11. Deductions for used or damaged items
If a product has been used, damaged, or returned in a condition that wouldn’t be acceptable in-store, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value. This includes missing accessories or damaged branded packaging. In some cases, no refund may be due.
12. Refunds
If you cancel before delivery or if we arrange collection, we’ll refund you within 14 days. If you return an item yourself, we’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the product (or proof of return).
Refunds are issued using the original payment method. We do not charge a refund processing fee.
13. Faulty products
If you believe there is a problem with your product, please contact our Customer Support team.
We comply with our legal obligation to supply goods that are as described and fit for purpose. For additional coverage, please refer to our Warranty Policy, which applies alongside your statutory rights.
14. Limits on liability
We are responsible for losses caused by us breaching this contract, except where the loss is:

Unforeseeable

Caused by events outside our control

Avoidable by following our instructions

Related to business or commercial use
15. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice, which explains how your information is collected and used.
16. Other important terms

We may transfer this contract to another organisation.

You may only transfer your contract with our written agreement.

This contract is between you and us — no third party may enforce it.

If any part of these terms is found unlawful, the remaining sections will still apply.

Delays in enforcement do not waive our rights.
These terms are governed by English law. You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there. We may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
