Delivery & Returns

Our RovingPODs are large heavy items! So to make sure we deliver them safely and efficiently we use a 2-person delivery service, provided by our delivery partner HigherJump. You are able to book a delivery day that works for you and will receive a text and email about the status of your delivery. 

All of our RovingPODs are shipped free of charge.

All of our standalone accessories are dispatched using a regular postal service and will arrive separately from your RovingPOD. 

All orders over £50 will also be free of charge, for order under this amount a small delivery fee is applicable. 

Some bundles may also contain accessories shipped with your Roof Tent. In this scenario your bundled accessories may arrive with your RovingPOD.

Unfortunately due to the location and difficulty of getting to the highlands, we are not currently offering delivery to these postcodes. PA, PH, IV, KW.

Please check the condition of the packaging before accepting the delivery. If there is visible damage to the RovingPOD itsself, take pictures and refuse the delivery. Notify us immediately so we can get it sorted as soon as possible and have another RovingPOD sent!

In the unlikely event that you change your mind, you’re welcome to return your item(s) to us for a refund.

At RovingPOD, we offer a goodwill returns policy that goes beyond your standard consumer rights, giving you up to 30 days from the date of delivery to cancel your order. Full details can be found in our online Terms & Conditions.

If you’ve already booked a delivery date for your RovingPOD roof tent, cancelling the delivery directly with our courier as soon as possible can help speed up the cancellation process on our side.

If you’re returning a RovingPOD roof tent, we can arrange collection through our delivery partner. A collection fee of up to £100 will be deducted from your refund to cover transport costs.

For all other returns, items must be sent back to our warehouse at your own expense.

If you notify us that you wish to cancel an order that hasn’t yet been delivered, or one that we’re arranging to collect, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days.

For items returned to us, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt, or within 14 days of receiving proof that the goods have been sent back.

All refunds will be made using the original payment method.

Exchanging a RovingPOD product may be possible.

If you’d like to exchange your RovingPOD roof tent or an accessory, please get in touch with us quoting your order number and the item(s) you’d like to exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must:

• Be within 30 days of delivery

• Be unused, in their original packaging

• Be returned in original condition

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and availability.
